SGO Software
Surface 04 · Operate

The back office that runs the whole SGO.

Behind the donor, family, and school surfaces is the work of running the organization: reviewing, deciding, communicating, and reporting. The admin console is where your team does all of it without leaving the platform.

One console instead of ten tools.

Manage everything

Every account and login, plus the ability to edit site copy yourself, no developer in the loop to change a sentence.

Review and assign

Review submitted documents and assign scholarships to applicants from the same place the applications live.

On-platform email

Email applicants, schools, and anyone on the platform without leaving it, keep the whole conversation on the record.

Deep-filter dashboards

Filter by income and need, number of children, siblings receiving, prior-recipient status, and school, to see the program clearly.

SGO console
The SGO Software admin console showing total donations, scholarships awarded, the 90/10 compliance ratio, school count, a recent-donations table, and one-click state and federal report generation.
Reporting

State and federal reports from one ledger.

Every state program reports differently, and §25F adds a federal layer on top. When both come from the same ledger, the numbers reconcile by construction, you generate reports instead of assembling them.

  • State-specific reports for each program you operate under.
  • Federal §25F reports drawn from the same underlying records.
  • Auditing views that reconstruct any donation, award, or disbursement on demand.

The back office is where compliance is won or lost.

Reporting and audit are the admin console’s reason to exist. See the full picture on the compliance page.
