The school surface · Disburse

Turn every school into a fundraiser.

Every other platform administers money going out. SGO Software helps money come in. Each school you serve becomes its own branded donor channel: one click pushes a campaign to its parent body, reminders go out before the deadline, and every donation rolls up to you tagged to the school that earned it. Then the same platform disburses back to that school and gives you the ledger that proves where every dollar went.

The disbursement side proves the money: a per-student ledger, not a stack of checks.

01

School login and agreements

Each school logs in, uploads its signed SGO agreement, and manages its own profile, contact, address, photo, blurb, and website link.

02

Per-student ledger

Schools see the funds assigned to them and which students were awarded; you see every disbursement reconciled against its award.

03

Mid-year transfers

When a student changes schools partway through the year, the platform moves the award without breaking the ledger.

04

SIS API tie-ins

Connects to school-management systems so enrollment and award data are never re-keyed on either side.

Others count your money. We help you earn it.

A school’s parent body is the warmest donor list it has. Every parent can direct the $1,700 federal credit to that school at no net cost to themselves. SGO Software turns that into a channel you run. One click pushes a branded campaign to a school’s parents, deadline reminders go out on their own, and every donation rolls up to you tagged to the school it came from. Pre-registration banks those donors before January 1, 2027, so day one is a charge, not a cold start.

  • One click sends a branded campaign to each school's parent body, in the school's own name.
  • Automatic deadline reminders so parents give before the window closes, not after.
  • Every donation is tagged to its school, so you see exactly which school earned what.

The disbursement ledger is the audit.

The campaign brings the money in; the ledger proves where it went. State and federal reviewers trace each dollar from donation to award to school. A per-student ledger that reconciles is the difference between answering an audit and rebuilding for one. Each school also gets an embeddable application link and a public listing (name, blurb, photo, and link) to point demand its way. See the compliance page.

Be ready the day §25F donations open

January 1, 2027 is the same starting line for every SGO. See the platform built from the ground up for §25F: it turns every school you serve into a donor channel, then handles eligibility, disbursement, and reporting in one compliant system. You receive donations and choose scholarships, the platform does the rest.
