Donor collection, built for tax-credit giving.
Taking a donation for the Education Freedom Tax Credit is a fintech problem: identity, money movement, recurring billing, and a receipt the donor can actually claim. SGO Software is the donor product so you don't have to assemble one.
A payments product, not a donate button.
Identity and onboarding
Capture the donor's name, address, and SSN, with policy and disclosure acceptance recorded, the record you need before money moves.
Every payment method
ACH, credit card, PayPal, and payroll deduction. One-time gifts or recurring on a monthly, quarterly, or yearly schedule.
Per-donor §25F receipts
The exact document each donor needs to claim the federal credit, generated as the gift settles, never reconstructed later.
Donor-directed giving
Donors pick a state and school on a visual map instead of a dropdown, or let the SGO allocate. You can switch any state or school on or off.

Capture intent before launch day.
The federal credit goes live January 1, 2027. Donors who are ready now shouldn’t have to wait, and you shouldn’t lose them. Pre-registration captures the donor, their card, and their chosen school ahead of time, so day one is a charge, not a scramble.
- Donors pre-register and enter payment details before the program opens.
- An FAQ and contact form answer the common questions without an email thread.
- Schools can see how many pre-registered donors are pointed at them, a recruiting tool you hand your partner schools.
The receipt is a compliance artifact, not a courtesy.
A wrong or missing §25F receipt means a donor can’t claim the credit, and a donor who can’t claim doesn’t give again. That’s why receipts are generated by the system, tied to the ledger, and covered on the compliance page.
